He retired with the rank of President of the Court of Appeal after extensive judicial experience at the Commercial Court in Dammam, where he presided over specialized judicial circuits handling commercial disputes, government contract cases, administrative claims, civil and military employment rights, and criminal cases involving bribery, forgery, and abuse of authority. He possesses extensive expertise in case analysis, drafting legal pleadings, defense memoranda and objections, reviewing administrative and commercial contracts, evaluating evidence, and leading judicial teams.
